MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office arrested two suspects from Appleton on drug-related charges after a traffic stop in the village of Lomira, officials announced Monday.
The stop happened on Sep. 26 at Kountry Korners convenience store, when members of the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force stopped two people in a car.
Once officials spoke with the suspects, K9 officer Bak positively alerted officers to the presence of drugs within the car.
This led to a search, which found a “significant amount of suspected methamphetamine and numerous items of drug paraphernalia”, according to DCSO.
The two suspects, a 41-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman, were arrested and face charges of possession with intent to deliver-amphetamine/methamphetamine/etc. (>50g) an
