A General Assembly bipartisan Special Committee is set to hold the second of four scheduled investigative hearings into last year's statewide property assessment.

Officials from Kent and Sussex Counties will be questioned at Tuesday's hearing. The panel will also hear from representatives of the I nternational Association of Assessing Officers and the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy .

New Castle County and City of Wilmington officials made their presentations at the first hearing last week.

Tuesday's session begins at 9:30 at Legislative Hall in Dover. It will be open to the public, and available via livestream .
