The Steelers are set to get at least one defensive starter back for Sunday’s game against the Browns, and there is a good chance another starter will return to the field, as well.

Cornerback Joey Porter Jr. said he will play this week, while outside linebacker Alex Highsmith is hopeful his return is imminent, as well. Porter missed the past three games with a hamstring injury and Highsmith missed the past two games with a high ankle sprain.

“I’m feeling great,” Porter said. “I’m glad to be back. I wanted to get back before the bye week just to get my little groove in, but it was for the greater good. I got some more time. We’re ready now.”

The return of Porter is timely for the secondary with Jalen Ramsey likely to miss the Browns game with a hamstring injury he suffered in the victory
