ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A man killed a woman and then took his own life in south St. Louis County on Sunday, according to police.

Investigators with the St. Louis County Police Department were called to a shooting in the 100 block of Chinon Drive around 11:30 p.m. When they arrived, a man and a woman were found dead inside a home.

Police said that their preliminary investigation shows the man, Larry Ketterling, 77, killed the woman, Nicki Ketterling, 77, and then fatally shot himself.
