DECORAH, Iowa — The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office says it arrested Marissa Kelty, 34 of Decorah, following a traffic stop on Locust Road late Saturday night. Deputies say they observed her vehicle crossing the center line and varying speeds, prompting the stop. Investigators say a search of Kelty's vehicle uncovered over 150 grams of methamphetamine, leading to a Class B felony charge for possession with intent to deliver. Additional narcotics were also seized but have yet to be identified. Kelty faces multiple charges, including Class D felony OWI third or subsequent offense, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, and possession of controlled substances.
