EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Fried food is a staple of the West Side Nut Club Fall Festival, but there’s also some healthy choices too.
Deaconess has their Wise Choice program back at the Festival again this year.
Officials say there’s at least 13 booths offering at least 15 healthier items.
Some of those are Sugar Free Shakeups, Pulled Barbeque Chicken Nachos, Fruit Haystacks, and Pork & Pineapple Street Tacos.
Leaders want to make sure there are options for those managing certain health conditions.
