WASHINGTON — Arby’s , the fast food chain whose tagline assures customers they "have the meats," is stepping outside the fast-food restaurant box to launch a unique menu item: steak nuggets.
The chain, known for its roast beef sandwiches, describes the nuggets as “tender, juicy, hand-cut bite-sized pieces of steak seasoned with garlic and pepper for a bold, smoky flavor.”
Each piece is “seared and smoked” and customers can enjoy the premium protein option with a fork or fingers.
“Who doesn’t love tender and savory steak? But, until now, it’s been inconvenient to eat, particularly on the go,” Jeff Baker, Chief Marketing Officer at Arby’s said. “That’s why we created this new innovative product.
