Results released Monday indicate that less than half of Oklahoma’s students scored on grade level on the 2025 edition of the Oklahoma State Testing Program.
According to results posted Monday on the Oklahoma State Department of Education’s website, more than 60% of Oklahoma students in grades 3-8 scored at a basic or below basic level in math, English language arts and science during spring 2025 state testing.
The exams are scored to indicate four levels of student mastery of a subject: below basic, basic, proficient and advanced.
