TOLEDO, Ohio — A juvenile was taken to the hospital in critical condition after they were hit by a car while riding a bike in west Toledo Monday night, according to police.

The cause of the collision at the intersection of Jackman and Marlow roads is not known at this time, but police at the scene say alcohol, drugs and speeding are not factors.

The collision happened around 8 p.m.
