CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The final beam has been placed on the 350,000-square-foot skeleton of what will soon be UVA's Paul and Diane Manning Institute of Biotechnology.
UVA held a topping-out ceremony to mark the placement of the last beam as construction enters the next phase for the future home of competitive medical research clinical trials and more to continue to advance Virginia in the world of biotech.
