Forecast: Tracking heavy rain, fall-like temperature drop

CLEVELAND (WJW) - Showers move in overnight and early Tuesday morning. A few pockets of heavy rain for the morning commute.

Watch out for lower visibility and ponding on the roadway. Rain continues through the evening commute before slowly moving out Tuesday night.

This is the time of year where “perfect days” in northern Ohio are more frequent than at any other time of year.

Tonight will be more on the mild side. With increasing clouds, temperatures will only bottom out in the lower 60s Monday night.

October’s full moon will peak tonight. This year, October’s full moon is the harvest moon because it is closest full moon to the fall equinox. The moon will also appear a little bigger and brighter than normal. This will be the first of three straight supermoons.
