THURMONT — Walkersville senior attacker Sean Bosco found himself with the ball at his feet and a cadre of Catoctin defenders closing in late in the first half of Monday’s match.

Bosco put his head down and sprinted straight ahead. As he looked up, he saw a small seam. Bosco burst through it, and won the ensuing one-on-one with the keeper to bury a goal.
