Western Force have secured the services of talented teenager Wallace Charlie for the next three years in a hybrid deal which will see the speed machine also play in Australia’s sevens program.
The 19-year-old winger has re-signed with Rugby Australia until 2028, but will spend the next year on the World Sevens Series circuit with the national team.
He will then return to the Force for the 2027 and 2028 Super Rugby Pacific seasons.
Charlie was named the MVP of the 2024 Global Youth Sevens tournament and debuted at senior level in the sevens competition in Los Angeles in May.
