Former Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener Arvind Kejriwal has been allotted a new official bungalow at 95 Lodhi Estate, classified as a Type-7 bungalow. The AAP had earlier requested a Type-8 bungalow for its leader.

Kejriwal resigned as Delhi CM on September 17, 2025, after AAP lost the Assembly elections last year.

On October 4, he vacated the CM House at 6, Flag Staff Marg, moving with his family to bungalow number 5 on Ferozeshah Road, which was allotted to Ashok Mittal, AAP’s Rajya Sabha MP from Punjab.
