Jaguar Land Rover has announced the next steps of its phased operations restart from Wednesday (8 October). The car manufacturing giant was hit by a devastating cyber attack just over five weeks ago halting its worldwide operations.

With some online systems slowly back up and running in recent weeks, JLR has now revealed the first of its physical manufacturing operations which will return.

The company has said today (7 October) that its Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC), where the company builds engines, and its Battery Assembly Centre (BAC), both here in the West Midlands, will restart on Wednesday.
