Cumberland County will soon submit a request for qualifications for an architect and construction manager at risk to oversee renovations of the existing Crown Theatre and Arena, Commissioners Chairman Kirk deViere said Oct. 6.

DeViere said the request for qualifications process is to determine who’s interested in participating in the project and will be followed by a request for proposals once the scope, programming and budget for the facilities are determined.
