LORAIN COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - A 79-year-old Avon Lake husband pleaded guilty Monday in Lorain County Court of Common Pleas Monday to attacking his wife.
Woodie Francis entered a guilty plea on the day his jury trial was scheduled to begin in front of Judge Christopher Rothgery.
In December 2024, Francis was indicted on the charges of attempted murder and felonious assault.
