CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A Cuyahoga County Grand jury has indicted a 27-year-old man accused of assaulting a security guard at a Cleveland apartment complex.
Nathaniel Searight was indicted on the charges of attempted murder, felonious assault, and having weapons while under disability.
Searight is being held at the Cuyahoga County Jail on a $250,000 bond and his arraignment is set for Oct. 9.
The attack happened around 3 a.m. Sept. 30 in the 1000 block of Prospect Ave.
According to Cleveland police, preliminary investigation indicates Searight was involved in an argument with another person when the security guard attempted to intervene and was assaulted.
