CHICAGO (WLS) -- Members of the Texas National Guard are at an Army Reserve Training Center in the far southwest suburbs, sources say.

Sources confirmed the Guard's arrival, and ABC7 Chicago got video confirmation on-site at the Elwood U.S. Army Reserve Center.

Chicago could see Illinois National Guard troops patrol the area as soon as Tuesday.

A judge denied a request from the state of Illinois for a temporary restraining order to stop Texas National Guard members from coming to Chicago.

A hearing was scheduled for later this week regarding the request, but by then, National Guard troops may already be on the streets.

Hundreds of guardsmen are expected to begin training on Tuesday, and could be on the street later this week.
