Glaswegians have been praised for actions that saved the life of a man who suffered serious injuries near a city Subway station on Monday evening (October 6).
The man, aged 30, was seriously injured when he fell onto a fence near Bridge Street Subway Station at around 7.45pm.
Members of the public and nearby police officers raced to his aid, providing vital first aid that police said “undoubtedly” saved the man’s life.
Police Scotland thanked the members of the public and officers that came to the man’s aid at the scene.
