Irecently spent a lovely couple of days on the coast of Maine. Pine trees by the ocean is a marvelous restorative for body, mind, and soul. Which is why it pains me to point out, again, that the Maine Democratic Party's record for stepping on its own dick remains intact. In this case, our attention is drawn to U.S. Rep. Jared Golden's Congressional re-election campaign, which now includes a new challenger from his own party as well as a tough probable Republican opponent in former Governor Paul LePage.
