President Trump has returned to TikTok, telling his Gen-Z followers that they “owe me big” for saving their favorite social media platform.

“To all of those young people of TikTok, I saved TikTok, so you owe me big,” Trump said in a post on Monday — breaking his nearly yearlong hiatus from the app. 3

“Now, you’re looking at me in the Oval Office, and someday one of you are gonna be sitting right at this desk, and you’re gonna be doing a great job also.”

Vice President JD Vance also relaunched his account just weeks after the administration fought to give majority control of TikTok to a group of American investors and keep the app available to US users. 3
