A fourth man has been arrested suspicion of attempted murder following a shooting in Coventry. West Midlands Police have confirmed that a 24-year-old man was arrested yesterday (October 7).
The suspect, who has not been identified, remains in custody. He is the latest person to be arrested in connection with a shooting in Far Gosford Street on September 13.
The victim, who has not been identified, suffered serious gunshot injuries and was rushed to hospital. "The victim continues to recover from his injuries," the force said.
Three men have already been charged in connection with the incident. Alyxander Fraser, aged 35, from Rhydwen in Rhyl, North Wales has been charged with conspiracy to murder.
