Starting next spring, Louisville's Lynn Family Stadium will be home to a United Football League team, the Louisville Kings.

Billionaire entrepreneur Mike Repole, who joined the league's ownership group this summer, spearheaded the move.

Repole is no stranger to the Derby City. He owns a stable that has produced several top contenders in the Run for the Roses.

In an exclusive interview with The Courier Journal, Repole outlined why he picked Louisville for a UFL team and his goals for the league in the years to come.
