LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Former North Little Rock Police Officer Tommy Norman's trial has been scheduled for Feb. 11, 2026, following his recent arrest for a "domestic violence incident."
Norman was scheduled to make his first court appearance on Tuesday, Oct. 7 but he was absent from the courtroom as his attorney filed a not guilty plea on his behalf this morning.
The former NLRPD officer was arrested on Sept. 14 on a charge for third-degree domestic battery. One day later, a judge deemed that Norman could bond out on a $350 cash bond.
Norman was then been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the judicial process as well as an internal investigation.
