Three people who were killed in separate shootings across New Orleans last week were identified by the Orleans Parish Coroner's Office Tuesday.

Two of the victims were reported dead hours apart late Thursday night and early Friday morning, while the third was killed in a New Orleans East murder-suicide on Saturday.

Arrests have been made in the first two killings, according to the New Orleans Police Department.

Woman shot dead in Broadmoor

Police were called to the 3900 block of General Taylor Street around 11 p.m., where they found Cheryl Squire, 59, suffering from a gunshot wound on the front porch of a residence.

She was declared dead on scene, according to NOPD.

Mark Pohlen, 62, was arrested on scene and booked on a count of second-degree murder, police said.
