A man was arrested after he was caught on multiple videos attacking a female postal worker in Northeast Philadelphia over the weekend, law enforcement sources confirmed.

The sources told NBC10 the incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4, on the 4600 block of Horrocks Street. A man, later identified as 25-year-old Fabian Colon, was driving in the area when he became angry over a United States Postal Service (USPS) truck that was blocking a one-way street, the sources said.
