ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A woman has been arrested after she allegedly shot a man during a fight in southeast Atlanta on Tuesday, according to the Atlanta Police Department.

At around 7:40 a.m., officers were called to 121 Cleveland Ave SE, a Mobil gas station, where they found the man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover.

According to investigators, the man was shot at a home and ran down the street to flag down a passerby. The woman was later found inside the home and arrested.

The man, however, was also placed in police custody at the hospital, as he had an active arrest warrant.

Police have not identified either of the two or listed their charges.
