Two families were targeted in separate armed home invasions in Philadelphia this weekend, authorities said, and the search is on for the suspects in both cases. Philadelphia police said they're looking into if the cases could be linked, but they said "at this time, there’s no indication that they are." The first home invasion was around 1:41 a.m. Saturday, right as a family arrived home, police said. Armed suspects pushed their way into the house, restrained the family and stole belongings, police said. The suspects then abducted two family members at gunpoint and took them to another location about 4 miles away where the suspects "continued their criminal actions and inflicted physical harm," police said in a statement.
