A 45-year-old man was found dead inside an apartment in Lebanon.

Dontay Maurice Hunter, 45, was found deceased inside an apartment in the 800 block of Chestnut Street by Lebanon City police responding to a well-being check at around 8 a.m. Sunday.

Katlynn Kearney, 32, and Joanne Kearney, 61, remain in custody on charges of tampering with physical evidence.

Police referred to both women as suspects in the case. Bail was set at $250,000 for both women. Both were unable to post bail and are in Lebanon County Prison.

“The investigation is ongoing and being investigated as a homicide. Additional charges may be filed pending the outcome of the police investigation. The victim and suspects were known to each other,” police said in a news release.
