Watford manager Paulo Pezzolano is reportedly set to become the latest Championship manager to lose his job.

Watford have made an inconsistent start to the Championship season with three wins, three draws and three defeats from their opening nine games – an identical record to Birmingham City.

The Hornets only appointed Pezzolano in May and have taken seven points from their last three games to reach 11th in the table at the second international break of the season.

However, according to The Mirror, Watford will re-hire former manager Javi Gracia to replace Pezzolano in the Vicarage Road hot-seat.
