Hilaria Baldwin is getting candid on her boss (baby) moment.

The wellness guru, 41, shared that when she first started dating her now-husband, Alec Baldwin at 27, she had one concern about meeting his daughter Ireland Baldwin.

“I told Alec before I met her, I said, ‘If she doesn’t like me, I’m not gonna stay because I can’t hurt a family,’ ” Baldwin confessed while on the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast on Tuesday. “And he gets mad. He’s all mad at me then. He gets mad at me when I say it now.” 8

Fortunately the family dynamic worked out, with the pair tying the knot in 2012.

The couple has since welcomed seven kids: Carmen, 12, Rafael, 10, Leonardo, 9, Romeo, 7, Eduardo, 5, María, 4, and Ilaria, 2.

Baldwin added that the “family unit is the most important thing.” 8
