How do you just forget about Saquon Barkley?

That’s exactly what happened Sunday, when the Eagles’ record-setting running back had the fewest touches of his eight-year career in a game that he didn’t leave early with an injury.

In the Eagles’ 21-17 loss to the Broncos at the Linc, Barkley carried just six times for 30 yards — only one carry in the final 35 minutes — and caught three passes for 58 yards, including a 47-yard touchdown.

The only times in his career Barkley had fewer carries were with the Giants, and he got hurt in both and missed most of the game.
