PHOENIX — Two people were hospitalized Monday after a crash on Interstate 17, Arizona DPS said.
Around 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 6, a single-vehicle crash occurred on the northbound lanes of I-17 between 7th and 16th streets. Authorities said it involved serious injuries.
According to DPS, a pickup truck transporting two motorcycles was on I-17 when it veered left and hit the concrete median wall and rolled over.
The two people in the truck were taken to a hospital. Officials said the passenger sustained serious, life-threatening injuries. Two dogs that were also in the truck appeared to be unharmed, officials added.
Identities and conditions of those involved weren't immediately released.
