TOPEKA (KSNT) - Popular THC-infused drinks are drawing scrutiny from law enforcement in Kansas amid a crackdown on businesses that are allegedly selling illegal marijuana products.
The Kansas Bureau of Investigation and other law enforcement agencies are targeting businesses across the Sunflower State for allegedly selling illegal marijuana and THC products this fall. Now, questions are being raised as to what is legal and what's not, along with how potent some THC products really are.
"There really is no predictable standard by which you can say this amount of THC when ingested will produce these effects," said Kenneth McCarson, pharmacology professor with the University of Kansas Medical Center.
