KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A Kansas City man admitted that he tried to steal login information and personal belongings from a judge’s chambers to sell them to the highest bidder.
Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Friday, Oct. 3, indicate that Wilber Mateo, 45, of Kansas City, has been charged with burglary and stealing.
A probable cause statement filed by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office revealed that around 7 a.m. on Friday, deputies at the Courthouse were approached by an employee.
