FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A Fargo man who was found guilty in July of the continuous sexual abuse of a child is sentenced.

The judge gave Benito Fox 20 years in prison.

He will have to serve five years on probation after being released and he was credited for already serving 290 days.

Fox was arrested last December and court records show that the abuse started when the girl was in the 6th grade and he would touch her genitals and chest multiple times.

She also said Fox would treat her like a maid, and hit and kick her.
