A worker died in a fall from the top of a three-story building in Revere, Massachusetts, in what's suspected to be a workplace accident on Tuesday, officials said.

The worker was pronounced dead after being rushed from the scene, on Payson Street, to Massachusetts General Hospital, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.

A large number of first responders were spotted at the partially finished triple-decker building. Prosecutors said that federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration workers were at the scene as well.

Foul play was not suspected; the fall is believed to have been accidental. The worker hasn't been publicly identified, as prosecutors work to inform his family.
