Joe Burrow's Week 2 injury forced their hand the first time, giving backup Jake Browning the start. Now, Zac Taylor and the Bengals are shaking up the depth chart again, adding an outside option by trading for Cleveland Browns veteran Joe Flacco on Tuesday, according to Ian Rapoport.

Flacco, 40, is set to be the new QB1 in Cincinnati moving forward, as Browning has struggled over his four-game stint following Burrow's injury.
