Next Tuesday, Oct. 14, Oklahoma City voters are being asked to approve a $2.7 billion bond issue, the largest in city history. OKC Mayor David Holt said the vote is timed to follow the payoff of previous bonds and, as a result, approval will not mean any increase in property taxes.
