ACC commissioner: League made moves to get more teams into NCAA tournament

Syracuse, N.Y. ― ACC commissioner Jim Phillips acknowledged the elephant in the room on Tuesday.

In his address to the gathered media at the ACC’s Tipoff event in Charlotte, N.C., on Tuesday, Phillips brought up the league’s recent decline in terms of getting its usual number of teams into the NCAA tournament.
