5th Circuit Agrees to Reconsider Constitutionality of Ten Commandments Law

The order does not disturb the preliminary injunction issued against the law in November 2024, but it does vacate the court's June decision which found the law to be "plainly unconstitutional" and in violation of the U.S. Constitution's Establishment Clause.
