Judge Threatens Sanctions Against Aimee Wagstaff for Recruiting Opt-Outs to Potential Paraquat Settlement

U.S. District Judge Nancy Rosenstengel, of the Southern District of Illinois, ordered Aimee Wagstaff, of Wagstaff Law Firm, to appear Nov. 14 to explain a video conference she's planning with paraquat lawyers to discuss their options regarding a confidential settlement in the multidistrict litigation.
