Hospice Care Week 2025 is underway across the UK - and North Lanarkshire Council is honouring the occasion. ‌

This year’s theme is “Hospice care is more than you think”, which aims to challenge perceptions and highlight the breadth of support available to people with life-limiting illnesses. ‌

Running until October 12, the national campaign, led by Hospice UK, seeks to raise awareness of the vital role hospices play, not only within dedicated facilities but also in homes and communities across the country. ‌
