TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - A pedestrian has died from his injuries after a crash at the intersection of Broadway and Swan.

The Tucson Police Department says the crash happened September 28.

Police say 63-year-old John Alan Bryan was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.

The Tucson Police Department says the agency was notified of his passing October 4.

Detectives say evidence indicates Bryan was north of the intersection on the west side of the roadw and was trying to walk to the east side of Swan Road when he was hit by a black 2015 Chevrolet Colorado.

The vehicle was traveling south on Swan.

The TPD says Bryan was not in a marked or implied crosswalk and the driver of the Colorado stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
