MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - A broad dome of high pressure is building east from the Northern Plains tonight into Wednesday, bringing clear skies, light winds, and a crisp autumn chill. Temperatures will drop quickly after sunset, falling into the low to mid-30s across central and northwest portions of southern Wisconsin where frost will develop. Areas under the Frost Advisory—including Marquette, Green Lake, Sauk, and Columbia Counties—can expect widespread frost formation, while patchier frost may occur in adjacent counties such as northern Dane and Iowa.
