TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - It has been a deadly and dangerous October already for southern Arizona.

13 News tracks violent crimes and serious crashes in our area, and you can see the breakdown below in the list and map pins.

In just a week, we have seen two shootings, a fake kidnapping, and an assault. At least one person was killed.

As for the road, we have seen 11 serious accidents, and eight people have died.

VIOLENT CRIMES

On Oct. 2, Shane Jamrych, 36, was arrested on a charge of making a false report to law enforcement. He allegedly called 911 and claimed a man was trying to kidnap children at a Walmart in Sahuarita.

On Oct. 4, a person was shot near First and Fort Lowell in Tucson.

On Oct. 5, a man was killed during a domestic situation near Cherry and Prince in Tuc
