HUDSON, Ohio (WOIO) - The Hudson Police Department confirmed the bank robbery suspect wanted by the FBI is now behind bars.

The Cleveland Federal Bureau of Investigation said the BFG Credit Union on Darrow Road in Hudson was robbed on Oct. 1 by a man who walked inside, approached the counter, and gave the teller a note with demands.

Critical tips to the Hudson Police Department tip line and the collaborative efforts of the FBI identified the suspect as 42-year-old James Zackary III of Wellman Road in Hudson, said HPD.

HPD said the Ohio State Highway Patrol stopped Zackary in Findlay at 12:39 a.m. on Oct. 4.

He is being held in the Hancock County Jail on unrelated charges, according to HPD.
