DETROIT – Tables full of sticks, pucks, photographs and other items lined the hallway out of the Detroit Red Wings dressing room Tuesday, waiting for players to sign.

One item sat conspicuously right next to the door – a 30,000-piece LEGO replica of Little Caesars Arena that players and coaches marveled at as they exited the practice ice.

The roof, a 1,000-piece mosaic of the Little Caesars logo, opens to reveal the ice rink and seats. According to Legolanddiscovery.com, it took 200 hours to design and build and the ice can be changed out for the Detroit Pistons basketball court. The cutaway design showcases the inner stadium, outer concourse, second story balcony, and some of the Red Wings and Pistons offices, among many other details in and around the arena.
