Around 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 26, the Modesto Police Department’s property crimes unit was conducting a retail theft operation with local retail partners when Target Stores' loss prevention officers reported that two males were stealing items from its 3900 Sisk Road location.
According to MPD, the theft suspects were observed selecting items, concealing them on their persons, and exiting Target without paying. Loss prevention also saw them get into a vehicle parked in the store's lot.
The suspects were detained by MPD. They were identified as Angel Cabrera, 18, and Christian DiazSilva, 19, both of Salina
